**Dr. Julie Mathiesen** is the Director at TIE as well as the Program Director for ESA 6 & 7 . Previously she worked as an Education Technology Specialist for TIE and as an Educational Service Agent in Region 6 & 7. Prior to joining TIE, Julie taught art and biology at the high school level . Julie is a Bush Leadership Fellow and a graduate of the Educational Technology doctoral program at Pepperdine University.
